Delivery Information

Once the customer places the order, the customer shall state his/her full name and send a copy of their government approved photo identification. Once the product is delivered the recipient will have to show the previously sent government approved forms of identification:

• Pakistan ID Card
• Drivers License
• Passport

The recipient must cooperate with the courier to ensure a safe and secure delivery process. The courier at the time of delivering the parcel will take note of the recipients photo identification.

Incase the customer wants someone else to receive the order on their behalf, he/she needs to state that persons full name along with their government approved identification. The ordered product will be delivered to that person after noting their identification and under no circumstances can the product be delivered to someone else once the order has been placed.

The recipient must check the product carefully and make sure that the box is not empty or the product is not damaged in any way. The recipient then will sign the delivery receipt, acknowledging the receipt of the order in terms of the order placed with the company. The company is not liable for any exchanges or refunds or any related complaints in regards to the delivery after the recipient has signed the delivery receipt and received the product.
